银马解毒颗粒治疗洛哌丁胺诱导的小鼠便秘

Yinma Jiedu Granule Treats Loperamide-induced Constipation in Mice

摘要: 目的 研究银马解毒颗粒对洛哌丁胺诱导的小鼠便秘模型的治疗作用。 方法 将雄性 ICR 小鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型组和银马颗粒低、中、高剂量组,给药组每天分别灌胃给予 500、1 000、2 000 mg / kg 银马解毒颗粒,连续给药 8 d,末次给药后 30 min 给予洛哌丁胺,30 min 后灌胃墨汁,观察各组小鼠大肠推进率、肠总推进率、大肠内黑便个数、排出首粒黑便时间和 1 h 内排便个数。 结果 银马解毒颗粒高剂量能明显提高便秘模型小鼠大肠推进率和肠总推进率,缩短小鼠排出首粒黑便时间,增加小鼠 1 h 内排便的个数,与模型组相比均有显著性差异( P <0. 05 或 P<0. 01) 。 结论 银马解毒颗粒可加快大肠运动,增强大肠蠕动,对洛哌丁胺诱导的小鼠便秘模型具有较好的缓解作用。

Abstract: Objective The present study aims to study the therapeutic effect of Yinma Jiedu Granule on loperamideinduced constipation in mice. Method Male ICR mice were randomly divided into control group, model group and Yinma Jiedu Granule 500, 1 000 and 2 000 mg / kg groups. Mice were administrated with 500, 1 000 and 2 000 mg / kg of Yinma Jiedu Granule by gavage each day for continuous 8 days. Thirty minutes after the last administration, loperamide was orally given to induce constipation. Then the ink was intragastric administrated 30 minutes later. The large intestinal propulsion rate, total intestinal propulsion rate, number of black stools in the large intestine, the time of first black stool defecation and the number of defecation in an hour were recorded in each group of mice. Result Yinma Jiedu Granule 2 000 mg / kg could significantly increase the large intestinal propulsion rate and total intestinal propulsion rate, decrease the time of first black stool defecation, and increase the number of defecation within 1 hour compared with constipation of mice induced by loperamide. Conclusion Yinma Jiedu Granule could alleviate loperamide-induced constipation though improving the function of large intestine propulsion, shortening defecation time and increasing defecation volume in mice, suggesting that Yinma Jiedu Granule might be an effective drug for constipation treatment.
